Return/Exchange Policy 

At La'Mae Clothing Brand, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. To maintain the integrity of our business and keep our prices competitive, we have implemented the following no-return/exchange policy:

1. All Sales Are Final:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dislike of the item. ALSO once orders are shipped and out of our hands, we are NOT responsible for any damages to the item(s). 

2. Exceptions:

  • We carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to ensure that it meets our quality standards. Therefore, in the rare event that there is an error on OUR end, such as a wrong product, wrong color, wrong size other than what you ordered, or a damaged product, etc. please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Take a picture of the item(s) and email it to Maebeauty.001@gmail.com explaining the issue with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the process we take to get your item(s) replaced. Please remember that once the order is shipped and out of our hands we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages to the order.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. To save trouble on both ends, PLEASE REVIEW your order information CAREFULLY before completing your purchase. Make sure that your address is correct along with your email to receive updates about your order.
